Sunset at Moonlight Beach

Thom and I went to Encinitas this past weekend to visit Craig and Brenna. We stayed at the Moonlight Beach Motel. I highly recommend it. It’s not fancy, but it’s very clean, comfortable, and roomy. Plus you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony. Room #308 has the most awesome view and that’s the room we had.
There is a nearby path down to the beach which is a nice walk. It was cloudy, stormy, and very cool this weekend, but there were a lot of surfers in the water and people in shorts and t-shirts playing beach volleyball.
